Say Goodbye to the Minivan You Grew Up In

Chrysler has revealed that 2016 is going to be the last year for the Chrysler Town & Country, which has been diligently transporting families since 1990. Many of us recall growing up in the back seat of those old wood-paneled vans, which revolutionized the way families got around.

It had seating and storage space for everybody, and also a touch of elegance and convenience which prompted many empty-nesters to continue driving the Town & Country long after the kids had left for college.

Forget nostalgia.

The new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica is looking even better than its predecessor.

The 2017 Pacifica is not the same crossover that last saw production in 2008. Its resurrected form is a designed from the ground-up minivan, sporting a clean and modern interior design, and a nicely torquey 3.6-liter V6 engine.

Once again revolutionizing the stagnant minivan segment, Chrysler will be offering the first and only hybrid minivan. The Pacifica Hybrid is estimated to get 80mpg, and can drive 30 miles on electric power alone.

Test drive a new vehicle here at Action Auto, and join us in saying goodbye to the Town & Country, and hello to the Pacifica.
