Chrysler Group has issues a recall for three models: the Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger, and the Ram 1500, all models from the 2013 model year. If you own one of these vehicles, and only one equipped with all-wheel drive, then read on as the recall concerns you.
In these three models, the output shaft in the eight-speed transmission is at risk of fracturing or breaking. Should this happen, you may lose power should you be driving or the vehicle may roll away when parked, even with the parking brake engaged. This can, of course, lead to an accident or injury, so a proper response is required.
